About Us

Berkshire Village is a 320 unit cooperative in Kansas City, KS, consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom townhouse floorplans. All townhouses have patios and yard areas, and most of our units have basements and one and a half baths. All units also include washer and dryer hookups.

Members may decorate interiors to their own taste with some limitations.

A Board of Directors governs the Cooperative and sets all policies. The Board Members are members elected by the membership. If you have any questions or concerns, check out our Rules and Regulations Handbook or view our Bylaws.
